Christmas BREAK

Here are just a few pictures of what the kids have been doing on their Christmas break. Kids boarding and playing with friends ect....

New Years Eve Early.....

WithPaul and I leaving town over New years we decided to have New years Eve a couple days earlier so we had Pauls brother Mark and his family over and the Sehestedt's to help celebrate. We played games literally ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT had TREATS and PIZZA and Mark and his family even slept over I think it was after 6:00am that we finally went to bed. It was well worth the FUN!!! We even lit a few fire works (we were kind of nice this year didnt want to wake our neighbors. The next day which was our pretend New years we got up and played more games and then Paul cooked up the steaks Chris and Jaime gave to us. They were delicious and what a way to start the NEW YEAR!!!!!!! THANKS guys for the PARTY!!!!!!!

Christmas day at Grandpa Bunkers

Are you kidding me? Christmas is not ove yet! No WAY not until we see the kids GREAT grandpa Bunker and Aunt Leanne. Its always FUN to see them on Christmas they always have a spread of FOOD for us and tells us good stories about what happens to them and Grandpa ALWAYS has a goody bag for all the kids and Aunt Leanne gave us more recipes to add to our book she gave us last year with homemade cute little bags with a cookie cutter and the COOKIES to go with it! We LOVE her and the time she puts into us for CHRISTMAS.

Christmas Day at Grandma Kias

Oh yeah the days not over yet! There is still more FUN to be had. Grandma Kia has lunch for us and WHAT more presents. This year Grandma Kia made the boys a eagle treasure box something they will cherish forever. She made Paul one a long time ago and he still has his. Grandma also made the girls little jewelery boxes and gave them each a CTR ring. Grandma T is always there she is 95 years old and still keeps up with us. Lisa made really cute plaques for us and Chris and Jaime gave us steakes for the WHOLE family. Thanks guys we love you!!!!!!

Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Dunroe's

Christmas morning is a tradition at my parents. We all arrive at 11:00 and my Mom and Dad have homemade egg and sausage Muffins with OJ. Then the Party begins! Grandma and Grandpa gave all the boys Hoody sweatshirts of their favorite team and the girls got Hurley Girl jackets they are soooo CUTE! The older girls Brittany and Kate got a Cute card with a 50 dollar bill! They know that girls just want to have FUN!!!!!

Christmas morning in our home starts at 5:30 in the morning. The kids make sure all cameras are ready the night before. The kids come wake us up and wait in our room till Paul and I get up and then we stay at the top of the stairs and go down together. This year Santa brought ... Paul.............snowboarding boots Heidi...........wii fit Brittany.....camera Riley...........golf clubs Rocky........PSP Bryce.........IPOD Chloe..........Hannah Montana doll house Bo...............BIKE The kids left Santa a note and pretzels Chloe made and Santa wrote back that we were all pretty good this year except for a couple slip-ups but he said even SANTA forgives. He told us NEVER to forget about doing things for others and reminded us how blessed we are. Needless to say our morning started out AWESOME!!!!!

I LOVE Christmas!!!! The bright lights the Christmas tree, wreaths, stockings, SNOW, FAMILY, good food, treats, PARTIES, being around FAMILY, but I love the spirit I feel around Christmas time and the service, charity and LOVE I feel around this time. I dont think your ever going to control the hustle and bustle but I think we have a choice and I choose to feel the spirit. After Grandma Kia's we came home and The kids got to open of one present which of coarse is a tradition so its hard to keep it a surprise. So they opened their jammies and then Paul read the Christmas story and shared his testimony of our savior and then read bed time stories to the kids. It was a special Christmas Eve cuddling with our kiddos.

Grandma Kia taught Chole how to make chocolate covered pretzels we watched a moveie had had some great food.

Patterson Christmas Party

Every year on my Grandpas birthday we celebrate his birthday and have the Patterson Christmas Party and every year Santa comes to visit. The kids LOVE this PARTY Santa gives each kid a little stocking with treats and 15 dollars. We also have a great time eating GREAT food and visiting with family. My Grandpa and Nana our the BEST!!!!!
